Hey—I’m Tim. I’m a writer, a speaker, a pastor, a husband, a dad, and an entrepreneur trying to build something that actually matters.
I started writing books because I had something to say. Then I started helping others write and publish theirs, and eventually launched Arrow Press Publishing to make the whole process more accessible, especially for faith-driven writers who didn’t know where to start.

I believe words can shift people. A story can realign a heart. A sentence can open a door. That’s what I chase in everything I do—whether I’m coaching a leader, writing a keynote, or preaching on a Sunday.
Faith grounds me, my family keeps me sane, and my dream is simple: help people lead better, write bolder, and live with more clarity and conviction. I want people to experience positive change in their relationships and personal and organizational growth.
